Attendance Policy
The B.I.L. organizes many activities in which costs or agreements with partners are made in advance, and where a limited number of members can attend. Given this, there is a cancellation procedure for these activities. Cancellation is allowed in case of force majeure or at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to (validly) cancel will result in a warning for the first time and a penalty for further absence. The penalty involves a temporary suspension from further activities, and after payment of a fine of €5,-, participation can be resumed. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
