Study Association B.I.L.

De B.I.L. gaat weer op reis!!!!
Binnenkort is het tijd om je in te schrijven, maar hoe werkt dat? Met de korte en lange reis werkt het anders dan de wintersport, om een eerlijker proces te garanderen. De inschrijvingen zullen ergens in het centrum van Den Haag plaatsvinden, maar de locatie wordt pas op het laatste moment bekendgemaakt. 

!!!Neem een kopie van je paspoort mee naar de inschrijving, anders word je niet ingeschreven!!! 

Ben je zelf niet in staat om je in te schrijven? Zorg dan dat iemand anders dit voor je doet die zelf niet mee gaat op de reis, deze persoon dient ook de kopie van jouw paspoort mee te nemen!

 

Het dobbelspel verloopt als volgt:

Locaties voor inschrijving

•  Malieveld
•  Grote Kerk
•  Grote Markt (Haagse Harrie)
•  Paleis Noordeinde
•  Amare
•  Hotel des Indes

Dobbelspel

• De commissaris Buitenland gooit een dobbelsteen in de avond.
• De ogen waar de dobbelsteen op landt, bepalen de locatie van de inschrijvingen.
• Het resultaat van de dobbelsteenworp wordt om 21:30 op de Instagram-story geplaatst.
• Vervolgens haasten de deelnemers zich naar de aangekondigde locatie.

Nummering

• Bij aankomst krijgen deelnemers een nummer op hun hand geschreven, beginnend bij 16.
• Er zijn 25 beschikbare plekken (bestuur en commissie hebben al een plek)
• Om 22:00 vertrekken de deelnemers met een nummer gezamenlijk naar Wijnhaven.

Ondertekening contract en betaling

• Bij aankomst op Wijnhaven ondertekenen deelnemers een contract voor de reis.
• De deelnemers betalen een aanbetaling van 149 euro voor de reis. 
• Bedenk ook of je extra bagage wilt meenemen, dit moet je bij de inschrijving namelijk al invullen.

The B.I.L. is going on a trip again!!!!
Soon it will be time to sign up, but how does that work? For the short and long trip there's a different procedure than for the ski trip, to ensure more fair chances. Sign-up will take place somewhere in the city centre of The Hague, but the exact location will only be announced at the last moment! 

!!!Be sure to bring a copy of your passport to the registration, otherwise you will not be registered!!! 

Are you unable to sign up in person? Make sure you get someone else to do this for you who is not going on the trip, this person also has to bring your passport copy! 

 

It works as follows:

Dice game

• The Commissioner for Foreign Affairs rolls a die in the evening.
• The number on which the die lands determines the location of the registrations.
• This location posted on the Instagram story at 21:30.
• Participants rush to the announced location.

Numbering

• Upon arrival, participants are given a number written on their hand, starting from 16.
• There are 25 available spots (board and committee already have a spot).
• At 22:00, participants with a number go to Wijnhaven

Contract signing and payment

• Upon arrival at Wijnhaven, participants sign a contract for the trip.
• Participants pay a 149 euro deposit to complete their registration. 
• Make sure you know if you want to take any extra luggage, you will have to let this know at your registration.
