Studievereniging B.I.L.

De B.I.L. gaat weer op reis!
Op maandag 31 maart kun je je aanmelden voor de Lange Reis! Maar hoe werkt dat nou precies? Met de Korte en Lange reis werkt het anders dan de Wintersport, om een eerlijker proces te garanderen. De inschrijvingen zullen ergens in het centrum van Den Haag plaatsvinden, maar de locatie wordt pas op het laatste moment bekendgemaakt. Dit verloopt als volgt:

Mogelijke Locaties voor Inschrijving:

• 1 = Malieveld
• 2 = Grote Kerk
• 3 = Grote Markt (Haagse Harrie)
• 4 =  Paleis Noordeinde
• 5 = Amare
• 6 =  Hotel des Indes

Dobbelspel

• Een bestuurslid gooit een dobbelsteen bij de B.I.L.-kamer.
• De ogen waar de dobbelsteen op landt, bepalen de locatie van de inschrijvingen.
• Het resultaat van de dobbelsteenworp wordt om 21:30 op de Instagram-story geplaatst.
• Vervolgens haasten de deelnemers zich naar de aangekondigde locatie (zeer aan te raden).

Nummering

• Bij aankomst krijgen deelnemers een nummer op hun hand geschreven, beginnend bij 14.
• Er zijn 26 beschikbare plekken (bestuur en commissie hebben al een plek)
• Om 22:00 vertrekken de deelnemers met een nummer gezamenlijk naar Wijnhaven.

Ondertekening contract en betaling

• Bij aankomst op Wijnhaven ondertekenen deelnemers een contract voor de reis.
• De deelnemers betalen ter plekken een aanbetaling van €199 om hun plekje te bevestigen.
• Je neemt een kopie van je Paspoort mee naar de inschrijvingen. 

Kan je zelf niet bij de inschrijvingen aanwezig zijn?

• Je regelt iemand die op deze avond namens jou bij de inschrijvingen aanwezig kan zijn.
• Deze persoon mag zelf NIET ook mee willen op reis. 
• Je zorgt dat deze persoon voor jou kan betalen en een kopie van jouw paspoort bij zich heeft.

The B.I.L. is going on a trip again!
On Monday March 31st you can sign up for the Long Trip of the B.I.L.! But how does that work? For the Short and Long trip there's a different procedure than for the ski trip, to ensure more fair chances. Sign-up will take place somewhere in the city centre of The Hague, but the exact location will only be announced at the last moment! More information about the Long Trip can be found here. 

It works as follows:

Dice game

• The Commissioner of Foreign Affairs rolls a dice in the evening.
• The number on which the dice lands determines the location of the registrations.
• This location posted on the Instagram story at 21:30.
• Participants rush to the announced location (strongly advised).

Numbering

• Upon arrival, participants are given a number written on their hand, starting from 14.
• There are 26 available spots (board and committee have been registered already).
• At 22:00, participants with a number go to Wijnhaven

Contract Signing and Payment

• Upon arrival at Wijnhaven, participants sign a contract for the trip.
• Participants pay a deposit to secure their spot.
• You bring a copy of your passport to the registration. 

Can't attend the registration yourself?

• You arrange for someone to be present at the registration on your behalf that evening.
• This person must NOT also want to join the trip themselves.
• Make sure this person can pay for you and has a copy of your ID/passport with them.
